Once your order is placed, we'll aim to dispatch your products as soon as possible.

    you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 3 - 7 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

    Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, Beauty Lust is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address given. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure your order is being delivered to the correct address. BEAUTY LUST WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE TYPED IN WRONG INFORMATION. All orders are final and CANNOT be cancelled due to the team processing orders as fast as we can without putting other orders behind.

    Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).  

    Delivered Packages

    If your package has been delivered, you have 60 days to return it for a full refund after we inspect the contents to ensure we've received everything that was shipped backed. Beauty Lust does NOT issue refunds for delivered packages, without receiving the original contents back.

    Order Cancellation

    Beauty Lust's order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been placed it can NOT be canceled. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go through them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. If you'd like a return, please email us and we'll provide the address once you've received your package unopened. Please review your items before completing your orders. Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts At Beauty Lust we strive to ensure our customers get their product quickly and safely. Therefore, orders are processed as fast as a few hours after the purchase has been made.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer:

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@shopbeautylust.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

    If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

    Disputes and Chargebacks:

    By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a charge back or a dispute for any reason within 60 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to support@shopbeautylust.com to resolve any payment issues you many encounter with us and you agree to wait 60 business days before contacting your bank or PayPal to file a charge back or a dispute.

    You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to charge backs or disputes made by you within 60 business days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees. If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above, and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or refund request within 60 business days of your purchase, you may file a charge back with no liability.

    DUE TO HIGH DEMAND OF ORDERS DURING THE BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON, PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. 

    The combination of the Holiday season and an extreme influx in order volume, is taking some orders longer than usual to arrive! Some orders are being delayed in Postal Service Facilities while others are just taking longer for us to get out the door.     It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the tracking number to be accepted in the system, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

    Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. The times stated above are just averages! During the holiday season please allow 2-5 weeks for (high demands products) for your order to arrive. We ship from our partnered factories located overseas. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order different products together) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though! This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
